Next Level Sports Performance is excited to be running our Tennis Camp & Sports Performance Camp in August at TASIS England.
Tennis Camp
Our Tennis Camp provides the perfect environment for beginner players through to advanced.
The camp focuses on:
FUNdamentals of tennis
Stroke Development (forehand and backhand groundstrokes, volleys and serves)
Tactical Development (patterns of play - singles and doubles)
Athletic Development (balance, hand-eye coordination and multi-directional movement)
Middle School and Upper School players also have the opportunity to stay after their tennis sessions and attend the Sports Performance Camp.
This allows players to continue to work on the physical demands of their sport (strength, speed and agility training), and is highly recommended for all tennis players, especially those who compete.
